Shipping & Payment Information

We accept Visa, MasterCard & AMEX. Onuview and/or our drop ship partner generally ship all orders via UPS within 24 hours of receiving the order in our system. Express orders are given a priority and are generally shipped the same day if received prior to 10am CST.  All orders will be shipped in a high-quality corrugate box or standard shipping poly bag.

All orders are shipped by UPS. Any orders received before 9:00AM CST shall be shipped the same day. Orders received after 9:00AM CST shall be processed and shipped the following day. Our shipping options and rates include:

  • Free Shipping (5-7 business days) – $0.00

  • Standard (2-5 business days) – $9.95

  • Express (1-2 business days) – $23.45

  • Premium (1 business day) – $41.95

 

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase of items accompanied with a shipping receipt. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.  All merchandise must be in a new condition, unopened, unworn, and in original packaging. 

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs for returns and exchanges.  Shipping and Handling charges and Shipping and Handling taxes are non-refundable.

During the month of October, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges for Halloween costumes and accessories if the return or exchange is requested by October 21, 2019 and the items are received by Oct 24, 2019. 

If your product shipment qualifies, please click the button below and fill out the form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may also request an RMA number by emailing us at support@onuview.com calling us at (978) 613-9316 with your name, email address, order number and the reason you are requesting to return item(s).
